Camphillgate Residents Association

The B listed building was built in 1906 by the prolific architect John Nisbet and builder John McTaggart. As well as the unique communal roof garden, the building was also the first tenement in Glasgow to be built with fireproofing.

Today the building houses twenty four residential apartments and is the home to twelve businesses.
